Unusual caryota

Caryota monostachy for sale. It is a dwarf caryota. I have 2 for sale and they are 6-7 foot tall and are setting seed. They are mildly suckering, which means they have produced 5 or 6 suckers through out it's life. The seeding one will die, but the there are 4 more suckers right behind it.  They have been very cold hardy so far, taking 27 degrees with no damage. They are in 18 inch containers and are $45 ea or both for $80.

Caryota "Ruth" THis is the caryota at Ruth Salanbach's house. I don't know if they were ever identified. This one is in a 30 inch container. It totally froze to the ground at 27 degrees but came back to what it is now, which is about 14 feet tall at it's tallest point. It is heavily suckering with 10 suckers on this plant. THis plant is in a 30 inch container for $45, the container is worth $20.

Local pickup only.

The picture with the building behind it is the monostachy, the other is the C. "ruth" I know, not the best pictures
