First year that the tree produced viable fruit in my yard. Super common palm but this far north it's an accomplishment

Wow, mine is twice as tall and thicker but still has not flowered.

Yeah it's on the Beachside 1 block from the ocean. The taller it's getting it is becoming more exposed to the nasty salt spray we get all winter. Probaly wont last too long
