It's 6am and we're down to 40F on my patio right now, which has it's own sheltered microclimate. No doubt the fields at the back of my yard/house will be a few degrees cooler, around 36-37F. There is a thick fog formed out there in the open.

Yikes, lows of 30F forecast for tomorrow night.

Dry-summer Oceanic climate (9a)

It got down to 30.3F this morning ( coldest night so far) but a warming trend is starting today. I took a walk downtown by the water and it was mild and the dahlia is still in full bloom.

+4°C hesitates with +5°C very cloudy. New winter weather. Yesterday at 13 ° C and low sunny.  it was probably the last hours of tanning of the year for my young dwarf coconut that I will plant in open ground from may to september 2019 to help the diameter of his future trunk to grow.

Here, it hasn't frozen yet, minimum at +2,5°C since the summer. 45% of France had frosts yesterday.

We're in a cold spell now, with current temp down to 31F on the patio right now, at midnight. Lows of 28F forecast for tonight.

Washingtonia Robusta does not look happy after a couple of frosts. Filifera and hyrbrid Filibusta's look absolutely fine. None of them are being protected.

Last nights low was 53F high will be in the '50s also. Average H/L for this time of year is 56f/39f, according to weather underground. But normal is 50F/36F for November, so not sure why weather underground is saying higher.

Next week is suppose to be cold and sunny with highs only in the mid 40's and lows around freezing will have to see what happens. Could potentially see my coldest nights so far this winter. My cannas still have flower buds on them. Yikes.

My personal property bottomed off near 42F.  Other weather stations and sites saw it differently.  Apologies in advance for the timestamp on my personal weather station, the time is still on summer time (1 hr. ahead).

Definitely a shell shocker when you're used to 80s everyday.  I noticed the wide array of temperatures this morning as well.  I'm glad I am at where I'm at LOL.

Not sure if 26Fand 28F around Lake City was a glitch or of it really got that cold there. Considering they’re in the same area side by side, it probably is not a glitch.

@Estlander Looking at your pictures tells an interesting story.  The large range of temperatures in such short spans of land are pretty amazing.  That station that recorded 34F is ~5 minutes from the station that recorded 42F.  Neither is all that far from me, but thankfully, I ended up on the high end of this one.  During these early cold fronts, proximity to warm water helps significantly as your temperature demonstrates.  It's hard to believe how deep some of the cold temperatures got.  35F at that one station inland from Port Charlotte?  Ouch!  Lake City is a definite cold spot from my observations; almost a north-central Florida version of Crestview.  That Key West reading of 66F... heavenly.

Cold front definitely made it here.  53.8F at 6am at my property, with the weather station at the airport reporting 50F.  The forecast called for 48F, so it was within a reasonable tolerance.  It felt a lot colder because of the wind this morning.
