I got these seeds from a palm here in Mansfield, TXIMG_3583.thumb.jpg.51cc3aa2b5bcee8add1ca.  The fruit is 11mm and the seeds are 7-7.5mm.  Is this Sabal Minor?  It's in Front of Threads Dry Cleaners on Broad if you live in the area.  They have a dozen or so of these trees.

If it has a trunk the size of the palms in the pictures, it's not likely sabal minor.  Most of the time, sabal minor doesn't trunk above ground.
