Free few Phoenix porphyrocarpa seeds.

I have managed to gather few not malformed seeds. Morher plant looks like a CIDP with straight (not arching) leaves, which are very long; an ideal form for creating canopy. It has remained so far free of any infestation by the formidable rpw, despite that it gets butchered every summer by the neighbour (wounds on palms is an invitation to a feast, during the season the rpw is active), maybe it hides some antibiosis or antixenosis properties, who knows, but fact is fact. It bears super long flower stalks fruits in full maturity taste like real dates. Below you can see those seeds on lower line compared with seeds from a probably feral form of dactylifera. There are only 9 seeds, therefore first one who declares interest, gets them all.

Comparison between largest seeds from both specimens. Porphyrocarpa seed is the lower one.

Got 9 more seeds. First one who declares interest here wins them. I would prefer however someone from a place, where resulted seedlings could grow outside and especially a place plagued by rpw or another weevil,  so that their eventual resistance would not get wasted. But this is not a condition by any means.

I would be interested. RPW has killed over 80% of CIDP population here.

I did not plant them yet. I will wait for spring and higher temperatures. Phoenix palms seeds remain viable for very long time, soo I will rather wait ( I germinate all my palm seeds outdoors, without any additional heat). :)
