I have about 12   Beccariophoenix alfredi and have noticed that the young ones are really starting to take hold 2 and 1/2 years in the ground planted from 1 gal liners .  No prob with freeze last January. Really a great palm for warm z9b locales

Really enjoy your expertise and eye for the tropical in Mt. Dora! It is such a unique microclimate in Florida based upon the huge number of lakes and high terrain for Florida.

What you look for is what is looking

Those all look great!  I have 5 about that size, roughly 5-7' overall.  They had zero damage on the couple of ~33F days in Sanford, and kept opening new spears without much slowdown over the winter.

What's the taller palm in between?  I think in an earlier thread you said you had Attalea Cohune and a couple of Arengas.  It looks like a clustering one, but not a Micrantha or Engleri.  Is that Attalea Funifera?
