where does he live at? and how do I contact him?

I have wondered the Same, apparently he's the source for the Santa Catarina queen's as well.

When I sat down the Gayland at Penny's Palms over the summer who used to have them told me Nigel was the guy to contact. But he no longer posts on PT.
