Homemade fertilizer for palm

What do you think about such homemade fertilizer for palm? Will it be appropriate?

Perhaps for your garden, but not for POTTED plants.

I understand, that's why I prefer to ask specialists. I will ask only out of curiosity, why such a fertilizer is not good for palm trees in pots?

Have never had issues using any of.. or all 3 of the ingredients listed in the video on potted specimens.  Far better than synthetic / chemical junk.

In our latitudes (esp. during winter and in smaller pots) those ingredients can cause following problems: (a) banana skin —> soggy soil; (b) coffee grind —> lots of mould; (c) eggshell —> at first ±nothing, later increasing carbonate proportion (bad for palms which grow in silicate soils).
