We had a strange one on the mid north coast of new south Wales Australia yesterday too,4 on the Richter.

Looks like those trucks are swaying back and forth because they're on a ferry that is itself rocking in the water?  

 

Also, I'm getting a chuckle over earthquakes being posted as a weather phenomenon. :D

Perhaps you are right though it looks like a parking lot. My sense is that the trucks may be top heavy in order to sway so violently in a moderate earthquake.
