Another imported pest

In Spain we have this pest from a long time.

Very dangerous for Agaves, Yuccas and sometimes, for Aloes and Dracaena drago.

But it never touch palmtrees.

We must make research whether all the areas damaged by Weevils,are the cultivators and farmers have they gone the organic way.Since some deadly insecticides/Pesticides and fungicides are outrightly banned in some E.U countries.May be that is reason for all the pests to raise back from the dead.

What is funny is some people and govt's encouraging farmers to use Horticulture oil(based on Neem oil) as cure for all the plant related problems..

All i can say is God save us from this situation,And hope that this matter does not get any worse before we have to ask for seeds stored in 'Seed Vault'.
