Possible Florida Freeze - December 2017

AZ/CA get off easy because of the high pressure blocking the polar jet.

After 3-4 days, most forecasts take the models and combine it with the averages because they are often somewhat unreliable. Otherwise you'd have huge swings in long term forecasts every few hours. With that said, this morning's model looks like upper 30s for orlando. But I think 40s sounds about right because it will most likely improve.

This is the first actual winter weather we have had in years.  The lowest temp forecasted is only 22-23F, which is not a big deal at all since everything has finally stopped growing after what will be two weeks of below average cool weather.  Last winter we were slapped with some brutal artic air hours after we were in the 70 &80's for three weeks straight that absolutely devastated everything.
