This is derivative of a post about a first house.

Let's not lie, or deny that access to land is a big part of this thing.

So, show us your first house, even if you already have, but, especially if you haven't yet.

Can you explain little more as to what we have to post.

Is it the photo of new house we bought.

Is it the first palm planting in our new property.

Or new house with new palm planting work.

Can you please elaborate your question.

Thanks,

Kris.

The weight of lies will bring you down / And follow you to every town / Cause nothin happens here

That doesn't happen there / So when you run make sure you run / To something and not away from

Cause lies don't need an aero plane / To chase you anywhere

This isn't the first house where I planted my first palm, but rather the first house I bought that already had palms.  The last 2 photos show palms I added.

Aside from my childhood home (parent's house) which has palms in the front and backyard, this is my first and only house - which I've gone overboard with palms in :P

Pictures are from 2013 and this morning (2017)

I'll contribute. We've been in the house 2 1/2 years.  Front yard gardening started about 18 months ago. Backyard planting started as distant as 14 months ago, and many as recent as 4 months ago. Before and after's.

Will be interesting/eye opening to see what happens through the winter.

This were i actually want to be...with company of Phoenix Palms .

When i saw this for the first time in my mobile phone i miss took those palms for Phoenix Dactylifera palms..But now i realise that you have created canary islands atmosphere in your farm.:greenthumb: Phoenix fan(Me)very happy...and to know that they start flowering at that size.

  • 3 years later...

In a two-story house on the first floor, you can place an additional room. It will play the role of a nursery, a living room or will serve as a home for your parents. If you want the house to have a second light - it can be implemented in almost any project, but remember that this is a costly event. For example, to optimize the heating system, the living quarters should be located on the south side of the building. By the way, the bathrooms are best situated on one riser in the house. And the built-in garage is more comfortable than a garage that stands apart from the general structure but is more expensive than the latter. And for a non-standard or narrow site, a house is built with a typical layout, which you can choose at your discretion.

I really like that front trim on your house.. A raising sun effect... It draws your eye to the entrance...
