OH!! I forgot ALL about those!

WELL, I had better get this spaghetti mess planted! I hope I'm not too late! What a bad palm daddy I am!

So, downstairs and to the backyard I went. Good thing I run a "plant triage" unit in the backyard! I got a few liner pots out of the shed and off I went to work. I received 10 seeds from RPS and have 9 pieces of "spaghetti". I SHOULD REPORT THIS ON THE WEBSITE I COULD WIN A GIFT CARD!!! I can see it now... "Uhhhhh, just forget about them and you will be OK. 90%!"

My Garden helper was ready when I told him I had baby plants. They need food!

It was quite a mess untangling the roots from each other  and getting them out of the paper towel. I did a lot of damage but kept the main root intact on all of them...

So in the end I have 9 sad new Dypsis ambositraes that I have no room for like all the other palm people! Thanks for tagging along on the adventure!

Hey, maybe I should start those Sabal miamiensis seeds I have... they could be fruiting by the time I find them!

Maybe that is where I went wrong with my D. ambositrea seeds. Next time I'll just set them and forget them on a high shelf.

I had something happen to my Copernicia rigida seeds I bought from Tim in Key West. I tried to separate most of them, then planted in a community. But I'm afraid I may have killed them. Stupid me!

A year ago a mate gave me a few Laccospadix seed as we toured his garden.  Just so happened I had a ziploc bag handy in my work coat.  A few weeks ago I happened upon that bag again and was surprised to find this.  No water was added!
