 This one is on a terrace with a lot of wind and somewhat limited root space. Still has a fat trunk, 6+ yr. old or so. Should start fruiting in the next few yrs. I hope.

Here are two planted less than 1 year ago. These are away from ocean a bit and have a lot more soil. Appreciate any input on types and eventual size

Yes they are in San Carlos. My older coco palms have a larger trunk than most in this area. Curious to know what type they are. We have some clever palm identifiers on palmtalk.  Have you been here Sandy?

No, I haven't but I hope to make it some day.

I will wait for the other PalmTalkers to identify your coconut species.  I have no ability in that department.  Sorry.
