I repotted a 8ft tall trachy fortunei into a new giant pot, how often do I water it to prevent transplant shock and how much water is needed per serving? , is 12liters enough water?

Just water it as normal. fortunei is a tough plant and shouldn't really experience any transplant shock from just upsizing to a bigger pot unless of course you removed all the old soil.
