Thanks Darold!! You have been buying palms from me for a long time now. And thanks for the seeds and seedlings you have given me over the years.

The GPS directions to my place seem to be getting better. Just last week some one using a phone app was directed right to my location. Happy about that!

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

I agree 100%. I went there with the intention of buying 1 Palm and ended up with 5 and an Encephalartos Horridus. They were very healthy and too cheap to resist. He has an amazing selection of palms and some cycads at prices that are hard to beat.

It was great to meet Joe on Friday - I picked up a bunch of stuff - Chambeyronia houailou, Ravenea julietiae, Archontophoenix purpurea, Rhopie cheesemanii, Roystonea borinquena, more that I can't remember...

Super nice guy and for everyone's benefit - Google Maps app in iOS takes you right to his front door!
