Great shots Comic. You know that your spoilt when Lipstick palms are common like Golden Cane Palms. Looks like fun planting up Miccles Garden. Impressive Foxy Lady. I know several people that would love to get a small one of those let alone an epic individual like that. Do I see a Pelagodoxa amongst those palms to go in at Miccles?

Well we got our ride for the next 6 days down south,  we got quite a few looks from the police and the general public, but what a ride, very comfortable and had plenty of room for the occasional palm that we picked up along the way, we saved $600 getting this to your normal run of the mill rental wagon IMG_7300.JPG.8cdf5c360c86b57e64e600b7aeee

Wicked Camper for palms now there's an idea #north queensland palm pilgrimage 2017. What is better than a well grown Carpoxylon-a whole avenue of them.

Well after Bills it was time to head on over to Bens place ( bencassa ) for a few beers and look around his place, Ben was very gracious having us boys over for the night.

Ben has just moved into a new place, so I didn't take many pics, but going of what hes planted its gonna be one hell of a garden.

This the view from Bens house

Fantastic mega thread you ole cobba! Looks like you guys had a great PRA and wow, incredible palms.

That van was a killer, probably as much laughing on the inside as there was on the outside. Anything to save a few bucks.

Thanks for taking the time to post all the pics and regards to all your palm buddies.

Tim

Here's Mark re potting an orange crush that I had just bought and placed beside our car, suffice to say we moved the car and had forgotten it was near the passengers front wheel, it got crushed, it did have a happy ending

Sir Oxylon

This is really too much and that is just the photos you have posted. No doubt there was heaps of cool mind-blowing stuff you didn't take pics of. Gardens to be really proud of Nth Queenslanders. Love that Geonoma epetiolata and pic really captures its beauty. One of my very favourites.
