Trust me, I get it. I live in Westchase for practical reasons rather than for palms or because it’s my favorite spot around. 

I’ve heard Wesley Chapel is a pretty good spot to live actually. Good neighborhoods, good schools, etc. It’s still warm enough for you to get away with a decent number of palms too... Just watch out for sinkholes as I understand they’re more common in Pasco.
