Please help with Trachycarpus Martianus

This is my T. Martianus I've had for about 3 weeks to a month. It was very healthy when I got it and have been in this root pruning pot since it was delivered. About 12 days (+/-) ago I noticed the fronds began to get these brownish spots. And today I noticed one of the petioles starting to turn brown as well. Doesn't seem like it is dying but almost stained (for lack of a better word). Don't know if this matters but about the same time I built a "greenhouse" (really a hoop house) for my palms. Inside the temps can reach 100F and I believe the daily avg. highs are between 85-90F. All of my sabals and chamearops are thriving and pushing out growth. Don't really think the martianus is pushing up much if any and if so it's minuscule. Also I began to fertilize this thing about 2 weeks ago and this was before I learned you shouldn't add nutrients if the soil is below 55F (I know better now).
So I need to know what's the issue and how do I fix it?

If its in the greenhouse, it ,may be way too hot for Trachycarpus. These generally dont like the heat whereas Chamaerops and for sure Sabal do.

Overfertilizing may also be the case but i;d bet my money on the greenhouse. Assuming your Cali, get it outdoors.

It looks like that palm was shadehouse grown (long stretched petioles and fronds) and it's getting sunburned because of full exposure. Give it shade or part shade and gradually acclimate him to full sunshine.

Could be but Martianus are very lazy/open/droopy fronds even as an adult.
