How fast, or how slow do Needle Palms grow?

I know they are slow, but just as an example, about how tall and wide, foliage included, would a 1.5 foot planted height Needle be in 5 years with good water, heat, and fertilizer. I am trying to get an idea where to plant some of the plants I have bought this year.

Once established, they get big and aren't so pokey.  The establishment period is pretty slow, but they will produce tons of new leaves every summer once they're really screwed into the ground.  They love water.  These two are at the side door to my house in Augusta, GA.  I planted them too close to the entrance and have to prune them constantly.  Full sun in the morning and then shade in the afternoon.

Slow when small, much faster when in the ground and treated well. In 25 years from seed you can have a large specimen with 3' of trunk if given adequate fert and water.

This one is in our local botanical garden in Austin (8b). It's about 5 feet high and 6 feet wide, and was planted at least 10 years ago.

It's in amended soil of course, and probably gets watered on a frequent schedule. Partial shade under bald cypress.
