Oooo...ahhhhh, nice Colin.Those Calyptrocalyx are showy little palms. 

That Geonoma almost looks like the fruit on my G. interrupta.

The newest leaf on one of my Areca Vestiaria (red form) is changing from red to green and this pink striping is a cool in-between phase!

Aloha John.....oh, just the 'normal’ spectacular one. :D

There is one variation here in Hi. that has the red emergent leaf and is pretty common. The one without seems to have more mottling, especially when young. Both are beautiful though.

I have 3 Chambey's. Of the 3 I have, this smaller example is the only one that pushes color. My bigger trunking specimen has little to no color.

My first red leaf opening on a 3G Chambeyronia Macrocarpa in my nursery area!  I know they are common, but I like them!
