I would say full sun in your climate is too much, can you find a place half shaded, either by tree canopy or at least sunny only in the morning?
Samarakoon's plant is half shaded by other trees and palms. best wishes anyway for your new palm.

i got Brassiophoenix drymophloeoides seedling,will it tolerate full sun or it need shade  

A photo of your new palm? it's interesting to see pictures of seedlings too!

Not yet, but so much looking forward to planting a group of them.

BTW: your plant look very strong.

Don’t put this little baby in the sun! It will need at least at this early stage a shady place under the canopy of other trees.

This South Florida grown Brassiophoenix is about 7 years from your size. I'm still not sure whether it's a shumanii or drymophloeoides. it's in the shade of a dwarf coconut.
