I think "tiny" is a bush, and the rest are "trees" (to 6 feet).

The reason is that this is a wildly fornicating bunch, and trees are dominant, but bushes do appear.

The best way to get bushes is a mommy and daddy both bush. Which you could get.

Got it, thanks!  I guess I didn't expect the short shrubby form to be so significantly smaller than the tree form at such an early age.  

How sun tolerant is this species?  If they can take full sun, I'd like to try them in the ground with my other cold hardy palms.  I have a Butia, Trachy., And a couple S. minors in the ground that have been sailing through our frigid winters the past few years with an insulation box and a water pipe heating cable.
