What palm is this?

Hi i was walking home the otherday and saw a palm that caught my eye? is this a trachycarpus fortunei or trachycarpus wagneranius or is it a different palm,the leaves seem to be quite big and bend at the tips.please advise.

Hard to be sure from the small pic, but looks like a T. fortunei to me.  Also the most common Trachy, so it's likely that.

Oh okay i thought trachys had hair on their trunks i thought it would be a waggie but recently found out the leaves are smaller and dont bend.

As Ben already said the size of your photo is too small for a definite decision, but to me it looks more like a T. wagnerianus, much resembling my palms I had in Japan:

oh pal meir i thought the leaves on a wagnerianus do not droop down and they are smaller than the palm in my pic i posted.i made the pic a bit bigger so you can check

So it appears to be a trachycarpus fortunei then? reason for this post is i was meant to buy either a fortunei or a wagnerianus  but this was first time i sene one in real life and not on the internet and i think they are more beautiful looking than my chamaerops and Cidp and i wanted exactly the same one,but i looked at a few pictures on google and seen only a select few waggys with just 1 or 2 dropping leaves but fortunei they droop alot, and now i have been trying to compare trunks and now this palm in my picture seems to have a wide thick trunk for such a 2-3 footer is it because it is planted in the shade in a north facing garden? but have noticed with fortunei the trunk is hidden underneath the fibers.i just hope when i buy a fortunei it will appear to be like this.

T. fortunei. There is a lot of variability in the species.
