Hi all,
I have a question for you. In my garden bloomed first Trachycarpus fortunei. Flower is still developing and I'm still waiting, what will sexes.
I photographed a close-up manually open flower, but I do not know what I see. Male? Females?

With flowering Trachycarpus I have no experience, but it is normal to have a female 9 pieces of flowers?

Yes it's normal, and is healthy. Dust some male pollen on them when the flowers initiate anthesis (when the stigma is receptive to pollen) and you can have countless seeds.
