Trolly, the place has come on so much in the last few years and you really have a lovely garden. You have managed to find some palms I hunted after for years without success. Right now I am tempted to accept my cousin's offer to take over her house in Gagebrook just so I can have a garden like yours. Well done.

Peachy

I came. I saw. I purchased

Troy is a very careful and observant grower. Notice the excellent condition of his plants, with almost no nutritional deficiency or brown tipping ! :greenthumb::greenthumb::greenthumb:

Troy, It's just looking terrific. Growth and color are impressive. Your succulent collection is extensive. What is your average annual rainfall?

OMG what a difference a year or so makes. You have been working hard in that garden and it's sure paid off! Amazing color and the design really makes you want to sit and take it all in. All your palms are loving you too. Nice job!

All of us can tell just how much you love that garden of yours and it looks great. You selection of palms are also well suited to you climate, which is half the battle. If Peachy comes over, wait for me. I'll be on my way.

Thank Mike F look forward to seeing your pics from Madagascar

Thanks Bill Austin - It takes a lot longer than the epic growth you experience in Hawaii !

Darold - I have learned a lot from the two visits to your garden and my plant choices for our similar climates reflect that.

Thanks Jim - I have always found ideas from your awesome garden ! My rainfall is around 450 - 500 mm pa 16 - 22 inches

Josh

I only get a very light frost a few times a year never below freezing.

I use a light application of Nutricote total 180 day in spring and the rest is organic seaweeed/ humic acid pellets also foliar feed with 50 / 50 liqiud kelp and fish emulsion .

Thanks west Coast girl !

Tim " You selection of palms are also well suited to you climate," this is an important thing for sure when choosing what to grow.

Pip wish i could fast forward ! thanks

Pete the Decipiens is one of my favorites and i have 2 large Hedyscepe in the ground.

Amazing what you can grow down in Tassie and they look so healthy.

Troy your Chameadorea cataractarum look so much better than mine and I'm in coastal Vic (no frost) mine are protected from wind and sun but always get ratty seeing yours confirms that my spot must get too wet during winter think i might have to move them come spring to a drier spot.

Do you get much wind in your location?
