Paul me too, for real...  :;): But me thinks you weren't old enough!

Matty,

Thanks for the tour. Some very nice plants and pics!

I'm surprised your Pritchardia beccariana  did so well with the freezing temps, even though you covered it?

Matt,

You have a great collection of plants in the yard. We can grow alot of the same things here in South Florida, but some of the ones you showed us, we cannot. Oh, and we love customers like yourself that likes to try many different plants. :D

Matt,

Lots of beautiful palms and other plants! And the few that got hit by the cold will surely recover over the next few months, or maybe even by the time you get back from Hawaii... :)

Looks like the freeze wasn't too bad for you, that olivformis and beccarina look perfect. By the way looking for Brahea nitida if you got any.

Thanks guys.  No Brahea nitida, sorry Shon.  And FYI the Pritchardia and the Kentiopsis were covered during the below freezing nights.  I now wish I'd done the same with some of my other smaller palms like Chambeyronia because they look like crap now and won't look good for sometime in late summer.

Kind of a lame picture but I'm very happy about this.  It's my "Piper" coming back from freezing to the ground!  Now I'll have something to wrap my betel nut in this summer....whew! :D

There's nothing lame about it. It's really cool to see a little guy like that after the terrible freeze. Congrads! :)
