"WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME WORLDWIDE"

close the topic or move it.

This is fine entertainment, Grant. It's like fine wine, you have the luxury to only enjoy it once in a long while. This thread can't be closed until said pictures are posted of the said blackstem. :mrlooney:

And then we'd have to discuss those pictures.

This thread could take years....

I know when this thread finally dies, Moose is going to freaking bump it.

So, I should expect to see this again about 2020?

Yes, I've got it entered on my calendar in outlook. Copy of thread link saved. Bet Triode still won't have a picture posted then of his green stemmed= Dypsis baronii c.v. 'black stem'

With enough goading on our part, I may be willing to take that bet...

the blackstem has been sold.

it never did well for me - except that the organic lower ph soil did at least change it from green to black.

but it never was happy so I sold it rather than have it die and I end up with nothing.

and with that

Rob, personal attacks are never appropriate. You have invited derision by making claims that you won't document, even when requested to do so in a most polite manner.

Please confine your remarks to ones that advance palm horticulture.

Moose-

why do you follow me from forum to forum making snide comments - its weird.

and its always you in particular - and it does not matter what the subject is

its always you.

And I have asked you multiple times not to do this.

its one thing if you make a comment - it another when you are sitting there thinking

"what old thread of Triodes can I dig up to give him a hard time ?"

super weird Dude

Guys!

I just came back from the year 2020 to tell you DO NOT LET THIS THREAD DIE!!!

After the robot wars this forum is all that remains of the internet and this thread is the only one still standing. It is the only place that humanity has to hide from our new robot overlords.

Without it we are lost!

Also, my container ranch is doing great, I just got a new species called a Dypsis trioderobii with a black stem, it's growing like mad! (possibly due to the radioactive fallout)
