There's other Dypsis decaryi in the area, and its leaves look the same.

there are some "Dypsis decaryi" in the area but I could not discover others with three "arms".

Is there any other curious "Dypsis decaryi" known?

Yes it's a triangle. Phoenix roebelenii do this often as well. It's been said that it's due to some sort of trauma to the growth point at some time. when the palm recovers and starts growing again the end result is this. So, it's a freak of nature but I like it! Especially with the trio.
