I did'nt realize your wife is into plants that much. What type of flower show is this? Open to the public? More pitures?

Yeah, she's as crazy about gardening as I am.. maybe even more... But she's into flowers, bulbs, vegetables, etc.... She's starting to get into tropicals now. She's an assistant buyer for the nursery where she works. It's the biggest nursery on Long Island.   They have the Flower Show every year, the first & second week in March and it's open to the public. The place gets jammed with people.  It's a little different up here than in South Florida because our growing season isn't all year long - so, in March/April you get a bunch of frenzied lunatics with Spring Fever who want to make their yards look beautiful and they go out and buy everything in sight.

Bobby - I think the extremes in my particular area would prove a bit much for them, plus those big leaves in 70MPH winds wouldn't have a chance. :(
