Having trouble uploading pics from my I pad. It's saying the file is to large or it's the wrong format. Unable to upload an avatar or profile pic as well. These are pics taken from my I pad or phone not sure why they would be to large? Any help is appreciated thank you

If site says your photos are too large they probably are. You need to use a program like Microsoft Photo Manager (should already be on your computer if you have Windows I believe) to open your photos and reduce them to a manageable size. Also, save them in jpeg format to upload. The process isn't difficult.
