Cacti have some of the most amazing flowers of any plant, I suspect many people are not aware of this, thanks for posting. Some of my favorites for blooms come from different hedgehog cactus.

Corpus Christi, TX, near salt water, zone 9b/10a! Except when it isn't and everything gets nuked.

Great pictures.. Having lived in Kansas several years ago, it is awesome seeing these kinds of plants being grown in the Midwest. Agree that as a group of plants, Cacti are far under appreciated. Love the Bearded Iris also, thanks for sharing!
