Howea forsteriana for Nor Cal

I have these 2 Howeas that I need to find a home for. They were used as interior decor for a couple of years, but are no longer needed. Too big for my living room, so maybe there is someone in the Bay Area with either high ceilings or an outdoor space.

The palm on the left has lost several leaves since this picture was taken, and is looking a bit sparce at the moment. The palm on the right looks pretty much the same as pictured.
