Why Can't I Post a "FOR SALE Item?

Hello!

I have been off the Palm Talk for years and am listed as a member, but I cannot start a new thread to list palms for sale. It said to contact the "Moderator" but there really isn't anyone listed as "Moderator" so I contacted what seemed to be the most correct choice for all of the "administrator's" available.

Any help out there on contacting someone who can permit me to list a palm for sale?

Supply me with your member name and/or proof of payment (or any proof of IPS Membership) and I will designate you as an IPS Member which allows you to post items for sale or trade.

Be sure to read the Rules and Guidelines first.
