Is the wood around your pool just a facade or is the liner actually attached to it? I've seen many semi inground pools on the web but none seen to answer this question. Everything looks great!

Hello, yeah the wood around the pool is just a facade, the liner is attached to the wall of the pool with a plastic join or something like that, i don't really remember.

Hello Samirbouag. What are the two trees in the photo which is written "photo 10 of 11" at the bottom of it?

It is hard to see the two trees in that particular photo. The one on the right appears to be some sort of crownshaft palm and the one on the left might be a.......pandanus? It is hard to tell in that photo.

Just curious.

Thanks.

Wow you have worked hard! It is a big learn at first, we are lucky we have the internet :) but you clearly have a skill. I love the look of the trunks, have you stripped them? I want to strip my Trachycarpus but want to wait a while for it to grow taller. I'm a bit apprehensive about doing it incase I cause any damage. Which is your favourite out of all the palms you have?

Thanks Samir for sharing your nice south France garden. It's nice to see a young man like you so interested and knowledgeable in tropical type plants and applying that to your garden. When you were in Miami did you visit Fairchild Tropical Gardens? Did you enjoy your time in the Miami area? Well, if you ever make it to Hawaii be sure let us know so we can show you around to see what we grow here in our gardens.

Hawaii Island (Big Island), leeward coast, 19 degrees N. latitude, south Kona mauka at approx. 380m (1,250 ft.) and about 1.6 km (1-mile) upslope from ocean.

No record of a hurricane passing over this island (yet!).

Summer maximum rainfall - variable averaging 900-1150mm (35-45") - Perfect drainage on black volcanic rocky soil.

Nice sunsets!

I really appreciate what you said, thank you so much i love to learn new things about plants and try to make it work with my garden and my climate.

Yes i enjoyed my time in Miami, but i didn't get a garden there only a balcony lol! no unfortunatly i didn't visit that garden, always too busy and at that time i didn't have my driver license so i couldn't even rent a car and go by myself lol. but i have seen plenty of other beautiful gardens there :)

By September i propably be in San josé for a moment, so if i go to hawai, i will let you know for sure! thank you so much i'd be happy to visit your garden :)

What is the name of the song on video?

The weight of lies will bring you down / And follow you to every town / Cause nothin happens here

That doesn't happen there / So when you run make sure you run / To something and not away from

Cause lies don't need an aero plane / To chase you anywhere

The instrumental background music in post #71 is what I asking about...maybe YouTube just dubbed it it.
