more than 12 years from seed I would guess, could be 15 years old depends on climate/care.  In wet south florida I'd say 12-15years from seed.  That one is very well taken care of, Rusty knows how to make them happy.  They are fertilizer pigs(especially potassium) and not just any fertilizer.  A palm special(8-2-12 in florida) with controlled release is the way to go in rainy florida.  You have to stop the "rinse out" by summer rain, so "slow release" doesn't work well here.  Long term community wisdom says they prefer slightly alkaline soil, they like water in the heat and they like to be well fed.

Formerly in Gilbert AZ, zone 9a/9b. Now in Palmetto, Florida Zone 9b/10a??
