Hi,

I was trying to edit a post that I had already edited but found another mistake and the edit button disappeared. I am not sure what exactly happend, however I suspect that there is a limit time wise on how long you can edit a post after it has been posted. Maybe I missed something but if this is an intended feature is there anyway around it. I appreciate any help resolving this problem. I hope it posted this in the correct spot.

It could be a time limitation. IPS Members have an hour in which to edit posts. For non-IPS Members it is a lot less - I think it is 15 mins. In addition for Non-IPS Members it always leaves a notation of "Edited..........." For IPS Members, they can edit and not leave such a notation behind.
