Eighteen or so little babies, in gallon-and-a-half pots, about 12" tall.  Under ficus trees, no damage after 3 days of temperatures in nearby exposed area of 24.8 F, and one immediately following day of 28 F, all cold all night.

Pretty tough palm.... Mine is located on the north side of my house.... The official low here in Modesto was 23f, My thermometer said 26f.... No damage. As a matter of fact the color looks a healthier brighter green since the freeze!

A dozen little ones, in deep gallons, under a tree; nearby area exposed to three nights of 24.8 F (-4.4 C) and a fourth consecutive night at 27.8 F.  No white frost.

Still in it's pot but took 3 weeks of sub zero temps with at least 2 excursions to -4c/24.8v and 2 lower dips to -5c/23f. very minor damage and discolouration/darker greeen but generally looks OK at the moment.

It was inside a mini green house and was covered with frost /ice for a few days.

Bangor, Norin Iron Zone 9a Min temp normally around -3 Degrees C, rarely -6C. Only 2 x -2.0C so far, verging on 9b this year. No snow or Frost this Winter. Several just subzero's this year, lets hope it stays this way. Normally around 5C to 10C + in winter, with lots of wind & rain. Summers usually better, 20C to 25 C occasionally 25C to 28C, also quite humid being a coastal town

Andy, the palm was covered with frost inside the greenhouse?

I wonder if this palm is frost hardy.
