After 29F low with no frost.

Palm covered with large sheet. About 8 feet tall, no trunk. No damage as of yet.

Coastal San Diego, California

Same temps, bitty baby under D. baronii canopy, no damage after two nights of 29 FF.

Red form, 28F with no frost. Moderate damage. This is a tough plant for me anyway, but has refused (so far) to die. We'll see.

28 Degrees/No frost

I think three days below freezing and the fact it is out in the elements caused the damage.

Update on my Red form. Appears to be my first confirmed fatality. Growth bud is mushy. This was a decidedly difficult plant for me to maintain, contrary to what I'd heard. @28F zapped it good..
