Ken, I was looking at the Caribbean palms in GP2 and thought it looked similar. I don't think I've ever seen one in person.

Well, the picture I used to identify was a C. rivalis. But I just googled it and it looks more like a C. plumeriana

Yes.

We have some in the landscape at the nursery, but I honestly don't know why it is not more widely used, Ken. It is a very nice palm.
