Free Seed = Livistona sp

Recommended Posts

I wrote an account of my findings at http://www.palmtalk....howtopic=28646. An outcome of that afternoon was some three dozen or more surplus seed of both varieties of what appears to be some species of Livistona (that I mistook for Pritchardia initially)? and which I'm giving away free. Let me know if you're interested.

I don't know how feasible this is but if possible I would like to send the entire lot to one person in the USA if he or she is willing to thereafter post smaller quantities to all those who want any in North America - as this helps to keep my international postage costs low.

Below are photos of the plants in question - yet to be identified - and seed

These seeds are somewhat heavy so I'd appreciate if you can reimburse me the postage.

I posted three packets today; I find it surprising that well cultivated species such as R. regia and L. grandis evoked so much interest compared to this.

I still have two dozen of these left, to be disposed off by Sunday if no one asks.
