Neophytums

I went to a bromeliad sale last December and fell in love with Neophytum "Burgundy Hill". Neophytum are intergeneric hybrids of Neoregelia and Orthophytum. I also found a lime green Orthophytum but its delicate leaves break easily. I kept my eyes open and have since acquired a green and a variegated Neophytum, as well as a small Burgundy Hill. Here is a group portrait.

I do some experiments and learning in my garden with palms so you don't have to experience the pain! Look at my old threads to find various observations and tips!

Meg,

Nice! Gotta get your hands on Neophytum Galactic Warrior... it's the coolest one :)

I'd love to find one - maybe someday.
