Awesome, awesome, awesome!  Great pics Komkrit, and great plants.  I need to ID the succulents.  The Adenium are just amazing.  Nothing compares.  I second Jeff's sentiments.  I need to come over to purchase plants.  Great show.  If the Chiang Mai show is better, well I will have to see it to believe it.  I am off to look at the pics all over again.  Thanks a lot for sharing with us.

Well, even with a cable modem it took forever to load all the pics. I am not complaining though, as there were some just incredible plants picturd( not enough adjectives in the English language to describe it) Those variegated palms and other things. The bananas. The Plumeria. The Adeniums. The Agaves. The cycads.  Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rapture.

Komkrit,

What a plant sale!  The variety of Coleus is amazing.  I can imagine the sensory overload that would overwhelm me.

Dear Friend  :)

that collection of stills has made me to ask god

that in my next birth i must be born in thai land.

indians, asian & hindus believe in rebirth due to

ones KARMA.but i want to have a stall there or

be in a position to buy & stack all those colourful

plants in my home garden.

And you happen to beat all of our forum members

by your exocitic coverage on plants.work of our members

are indeed great when it comes to coverage on palms &

a day with the locals.

but your work is awae inspiring to us & very Exhaustive_Fentastic work Pal !

And if i take my mon to that place iam preety shure even

she will not like to leave that place_permenently !

because i love catcus, palms & cycas. But she loves exocitic plants & flowering plants & verigated plants.

Boy O Boy Gods Creation is stunning !  :)

Komkrit,

After looking at these pictures again, I'm just speechless. But there is one thing I wonder about. There is an abundance of varigated plants being produced by the Thai nurserymen. Things you never see, like the varigated Traveler plant and so many others. I know there has to be some kind of chemical being used. Is this something you know anything about?? I would love to know!

Jeff you have struck the bull's eye !

yes even i feel that there are few countries that

are working on genetic modification of plants_

that would include in introducing newer varities of

plants both in cash crops & exocitic plants.

so when there was a thread on verigated palms

in our forum i raised this very question.but all

members said those are easily & readily avaliable

in natural habitate from their respective homelands ?

Most of the verigated species that i have seen discussed

in our forum,i have not seen in indian plant nurseries ?

but we read quite often that new varities are found & are

now avaliable form seeds stockiest_how is this possible !

Kris.

Hi Komkrit,

Thank you for showing these photos of this great plant festival it looks fantastic!

I will have to come back again, It brings back great memory’s I miss it so much.

These are the gardens that Nong Nooch supplied for FREE over 1million dollars worth of plants that in it’s self is amazing! I would love to see how much they have grown.

There must be something in that soil to make so many variegated sp or these people are very lucky or grow a lot of plants?

Please if you have any more photos please list.

Thank you once again.

Clayton.

Dear Komkrit,

Like everyone else, I am overwhelmed by the sheer beauty and wonder of all these treasures.

Thai horticulturists must have very good fortune finding these variegated cultivars and propagating them so effectively.

The Sansevierias are amazing.  The Licuala mapu is stunning.  And I had never dreamed of variegated Zamioculcus and Cocos!  Are those Pseudophoenix in that one picture?

Watch out for that Miconia though.  I hope it has not proven to be invasive in Thailand.  Thailand's natural flora is a pricesless treasure and it would be shame if Miconia caused even a small measure of the havoc it has caused in Tahiti and threatens to cause in Hawai`i already....
