I knew Horace many moons ago when I lived in Houston Tx. He was president of the local palm society then.

El Oasis - beach garden, distinct wet/dry season ,year round 20-38c

He has a cameo appearance in Plate 272 in RLR's book, a field shot in Cuba no less. BTW, in that book there are a few photos that have people and they all look more interesting. Check out Plate 764, the gentleman is so enjoying all the palms around him.
