Here is a very interesting hybrid, this is Encephalartos arenarius x latifrons. These cycads are now about 1.5'' bulbs and are growing very vigorous. These cycads are really unique because they show a lot of latifrons in them and will turn into beautiful plants. I am asking $125 for them.

This is E. lanatus which is one of my favorite encephalartos species to grow. They are very rare and very blue and can handle extremely cold temeratures as well as extreme heat. They are one of the most cold-hardy encephalartos to grow. They are also know as the whooly cycad, because as they mature they get a lot of whool and fuzz on the caudex and cones. These plants average 2-3'' and I selling them for $200-225. They are seed grown and currently in 5 gallon containers. They have been averaging two flushes a year for me.
