Where can these be reliably sourced? I could never grow these outdoors here, but they look as though they grow fairly easily and quickly. I'd love to give this species a go as an indoor palm.

Modern day man collectively has only observed one bloom and the seeds were distributed via rarepalmseeds.com The seeds are out of stock until the next bloom. Who knows when that'll be?
