Sweatness Stevo. No expert, but it looks female kisambo to me. The male cones that I have seen are taller and more narrow.

That baby rocks George, the leaflet angle makes me think latifrons, but the leaflets look different. It's hard to tell from that picture. Is it a hybrid?

I've been getting some first time coneage this year on a few of my Cycads. Here is another pic of my coning E. Kisambo. I think it is safe to say it's a female because these cones are HUGE!

I see these outside my bed room window--- C. diannanensis-- I got these as seeds from Michaelson who ran the Cycad seed bank a few years back. The coned this year past Beautifyl ruffled leaves.

Here is what the Alti x Tri from Post 167 turned out to look like.

On some of the leaves you can see how they are still turning blue

from the bottom up towards the tips.

I was standing on a stepladder to get more of an inside shot but I could not get the entire plant due to it's 8'+ width.
