These fruits are eddible right? I thought that the fruits were shipped by the thousands to anywhere in the world and very popular because they are very tasty. Isn't there any marketplace somewhere where they can be found? I can't seem to get them here in Holland though because when the Indonesian market traders get them, they are sold right away. I'm allways too late for "salak"...

They are available now here in Cairns , some should be for sale on Sunday at the Tropical Garden Fair in Cairns ..

Not cheap , at $50 but a spectacular palm ... trouble would be how to get it to USA ,, also minimum order of $500 ,, so just get 10 .
