Dear Mallett

We have 5g and 1g. 5g below are bigger than this now, as this photo's a bit old. Had 45g, but you're a a few months late.:

Mallett--

Call Mike Convenuto at Nature's Own in Baton Rouge. He has large specimens of mules and many other palm species. A bit of a schlep from Dallas, but closer than Florida. Phone is 225.752.6997. He delivers and installs but would probably require a large order to make the trip to Dallas cost-effective.

Also, I believe Horticultural Consultants in Houston carries large mules, but they're strictly wholesale as far as I know.

Mike's been selling these at least since last summer, that's when he told me he had them. He sells lots of species. He's on the east side of B.R., off of Florida Blvd. He and his crew do a nice job of delivering and installing.

I did not know this either. I am in Baton Rouge every week or two. I'll have to check them out. What are his prices like? Not specific, but like low, medium, high.

If you havent already found a mule palm I have 5 and 7 gallon palms available in Coldsprings, Tx, about 45 min. north of Houston so about 3.5 hours from Dallas off 45. I can ship also. If you come to the nursery we also have a nice selection of cold hardy Trachys, Livistona, Brahea, BxJs, JxBs, Sabals, etc mostly in 3 gals.

Can you give a brief listing of which Livistona you carry, sizes and prices?

Thanks. I am looking for a good sized australis for sure, but am interested in others. Unfortunately, I am very efficient at killing small palms, so am looking for 7g minimum and preferable 15g.

Funny I could have sworn I posted a comment on here earlier... Did you pick up those Mule palms yet from Brooksville palms?
