I don't know if you've been to this nursery (in Ruskin) but, the last time I was there (probably 1 1/2 years ago), they had HUGE Caryota gigas (and may very well have some smaller sizes available) -- they specialize in providing very large specimen bamboo plants and, from my understanding, provided the Caryota gigas for the Jurrassic Park movie(s).

They are now stating on their web site that they sell to the trade only, so I don't know if you could buy just one tree from them (?).

Other than that, I bought mine (a one gallon) from Jeff Searle and I would think there's a good chance he has at least 3 gallons down there.

And you would be correct! Only one problem, your in Tampa, and I'm in sunny South Florida. LOL!! Sorry, I shouldn't have included that in my sales pitch. :) But, yes, I do have them.
